When you surround yourself with people who have similar values as you, you’ll win. It’s that simple. In Vision Wins, Elliott chose the people to surround himself with wisely. He knew they cared about the same things he did, and he communicated his vision with them. He won because of this.
How can you apply this to your life? It’s important to win, but it’s also important to lose sometimes too because that’s when the real learning happens. Then, you’ll be on the path to winning.
Our visions live within us, but we have to work to discover what future we’re fighting for and use our vision to implement that future.
