What We Did:
For the 1st six months we worked with STOA’s executive team to establish expectations, sandboxes, and craft their vision, mission, core values, brand promise, and narrative. This organization is one of the smartest most rigorous executive teams. We love to apply rigor, and we love applying rigor to their vision, mission, core values and brand promise. After the initial 6 months of engagement, the next 6 months we worked on executing their new vision architecture into the Stoa community, donors and students. Every week we had a 30 minute huddle, along with annual meetings at their national debate tournaments. We thoroughly enjoyed judging their national competition and working with their executive team and street team.

Today, Stoa remains one of the largest Christian homeschoolers national debate organization in the world.
