The stress of this statement is a tough pill to swallow. Here is what I have realized: within running and managing a Christian ad agency, there are a thousand choices to make in a week. However, I don’t have to die on every hill with the right decisions. It’s okay to A/B test, say that you are wrong, or that you don’t know the answer. What is important is to control the vision. A checked attitude and steady emotions will be your best friends.
