I have been so blessed to be on winning teams, and what these winning teams always have is a plan. When employees and teammates buy into the overall plan, an amazingly great culture emerges. I have worked with over 400 ministries worldwide and found the tip of the iceberg in their messaging by praying, thinking, and writing countless vision statements, mission statements, core values, brand promises, and brand-level messaging. Almost weekly, it surprises me that messaging can motivate anyone in the world when it resonates with their God-given passions and abilities.
