When I look back on my twenty years, the tight-knit relationships we maintain with our clients have always been of more value than how much revenue we generate or profit. Honestly, creating a VIP Experience, especially with new clients, and focusing on creating instant and consistent value, with the belief that we can provide a solution to their problems, has always been a focus. I am not sure where I learned this, but the book Getting Naked by Patrick Lencioini opened my eyes to this concept.
