THE DEATH LINE
When we hit one (and we all do), regardless of how we feel, we have a choice to make: push through and hang on.
Or, accept defeat and give up.
The majority of people accept defeat. They give up their vision & idea, moving on, hoping create impact through some ‘easier’ course of action.
Yeah, you already thought it. They continue in the same cycle: starting an idea/vision, hitting a death line, accepting defeat, then move on to something else. Wash – rinse – repeat.
PSYCHOLOGICAL FITNESS
This is hard. It feels like trying to swim against the current, waves smashing into your face as you try to get past them.
It will take everything within you to push through these hard times, to create lasting impact in your organization, business or church. Think psychological fitness: MEPS development, bringing you to full maturity.

The seasons of struggle will become defining, clouding your vision of the future in fog, doubt, anxiety, sabotaging any forward movement or growth.
